CBT-I for Insomnia Treatment
Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early can affect every aspect of daily life — from mood and concentration to overall health and functioning. While many clinicians incorporate elements of CBT-I into treatment, Dr. Julie Kolzet has advanced fellowship-level training in Behavioral Sleep Medicine and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), offering a more specialized and comprehensive approach to insomnia treatment within a broader adult psychotherapy practice.
